As Your Network of Praise begins its 24th year of ministry, we praise the Lord for all that He has done! We would also like to thank each one who has prayed for or financially supported this work. This has truly been a team effort of thousands around Montana who have made it possible for YNOP to proclaim Jesus to our state!
With the generous support and prayers of many, many people throughout Montana, the Lord has “expanded the borders” of this ministry several times. What began as a radio ministry for Montana’s hi-line area now serves much of the state’s population, broadcasting through five powerful FM stations and thirteen translators. What a blessing it is to have God’s word broadcast around the clock throughout so much of the state!
As we consider the future, we have two primary goals in mind.
First, we want to work diligently to keep Christian radio strong anywhere in the state where it is currently heard. Over the years that will involve occasional upgrades, and replacing equipment at some of our older sites.
Second, we are asking the Lord to make it possible in the coming years for us to bring Christian radio to every Montana community with population of 1,000 or more. There are still several places around the state where no Christian radio is available…and it is our desire to see that change!
As you can imagine, fulfillment of these goals will require special financial provision. We rely on the cash gifts of many friends to keep Your Network of Praise operating each year. This is vital to the ministry, and we deeply appreciate each gift and giver! For some, there may be other ways to help, too, through gifts of appreciated assets (like stocks or real estate), or through charitable gift annuities or charitable remainder trusts.
